Are you a highly motivated, proactive team player with automotive Retailer Warranty experience and good analytical and reporting skills? Are you experienced in data visualisation and confident in presenting to Senior Management?
As a Warranty Quality Analyst within MSXI Global group, you will be supporting the Warranty team by investigating and analysing warranty data to identify trends across the Retail Network.
Ideally, you will have an understanding of repair procedures and claiming methods from the network. You will be responsible for extracting, collating and analysing data from multiple data sources, creating visualisation outputs at departmental and Management level, and providing recommendations and scenarios for preventative and corrective measures.
On a day-to-day basis, you will analyse, monitor and report on Warranty and Service package parameters to ensure correct cost recovery. Devise and produce new methods of recognizing unnecessary or irregular warranty spend/patterns within the retailer network and recognize where cost saving opportunities need to be explored.
There will be occasional requirements to visit Retailers with spurious data or irregular / high warranty costs with a view to understanding the process / data integrity / breakdown of the data and coaching / training the Retailer to resolve the issue based on your recommendations.
Automotive Warranty experience is essential
Knowledge of business data with ability to analyse, understand and work with different and new systems
Solid and demonstrable high level understanding of Excel
Ability to create visualizations and summaries to Senior Management level using PowerPoint
Strong communications skills with ability to both present and explain suggested areas for improvement on a team level, to Senior Management level and occasionally network wide.
Understanding of repair procedures and claiming methods.
Ability to be creative and create a robust reporting structure and top level summaries
Experience in creating dashboards and providing data insights with recommendations based on findings
Experience with process improvement, identifying opportunities and implementation of approved changes.
Working Pattern and location:
40 hours per week
Predominately be based in the BMW Head Office in Farnborough with occasional visits to the MSXI Colchester Office.
