Job Description

We are looking for an additional Sales Executive to join our team in Poole.  Reporting to the Head of Fleet and Digital Sales the successful candidate will need to have motor trade sales experience and be highly organised with excellent administrative, numeracy and PC skills. The objective of this role is to increase sales volume via all internet sales channels, including systems such as Carwow. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Administer Sandown Lease Website, loading offers and stock vehicles. Update news feeds and monitoring the market place to ensure the Sandown website in competitive in the internet arena.
  • Compile quotes and develop sales via all internet sales channels, including systems such as Carwow.
  • Discuss renewals with existing customer, obtaining future commitment.
  • Conduct live chat and video chat to engage and enhance customer buying experience.
  • To deliver consistent results through the use of the sales process
  • To ensure the Corporate Department provides high quality customer service to new and existing customers.
  • To ensure the Corporate Department complies with and maintains Company policy,

Standards and procedures.

The successful candidate will ideally be working in a Sales role within the motor industry and have experience selling via the internet and other such mediums. Excellent IT skills and first rate communication skills are essential.

Hours of work are 42.5 per week working 08.45 – 18.00  (45 minute unpaid lunch break)

Monday to Saturday (with a day off in the week).
