Are you driven, enthusiastic and results driven? Do you have a passion for automotive, problem solving and relationship building? As the Accessory Sales Development Manager within MSXI Global group, you will have a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a high prestige brand, identifying sales opportunities within the Retailer network, creating targeted marketing campaigns, providing showroom recommendations, identifying upsell opportunities, driving accessories sales through demos, point of sale and marketing within the retailers, and coaching best practices and process improvements. This is a field-based role covering Southeast and London regions of UK with monthly meetings at Head Office in Hampshire.   More about the role: Support communication strategy with team from business owner and program manager Take responsibility for own diary management– liaising with the Retailer, Project Manager and the Brand to ensure that commitments to the Retailers, Brand and MSXI are maintained Responsible for Accessory sales growth for Retailers within a designated area Undertake Accessory Sales Business Reviews and Retailer Assessments – reviewing all operational and financial elements of the Sales and Aftersales departments identifying potential for performance improvement Recognition and Collation of best practices with subsequent network roll out Supporting the retailer network with bespoke marketing campaigns / incentives / showroom improvements to help drive sales Support the Brand with the delivery of projects and initiatives conceived to increase Accessory and Lifestyle sales through new/revised processes, new technology etc. Provide the Retail network with a support ‘channel’ for all accessory related queries and topics Regularly provide Retailer feedback on initiatives, concepts, marketing campaigns, new products etc. to the Brand Produce comprehensive, but succinct, business review findings/reporting with quarterly performance presentations / findings / recommendations Demonstration of understanding for value add activities and clear measurements / forecasting and results Document the ‘output’ of all Retailer visits through a documented SMART Action Plans and Visit Report, identifying key sales drivers and initiatives. Are you an experienced Financial Controller or Finance Business Partner who enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic working environment? Do you have experience of working in a large multinational business? As a Financial Business Partner and Controller within the MSXI Global group, you will have the opportunity to lead the Colchester based UK Finance Team. You will be skilled at business partnering and the ability to liaise with internal stakeholders to discuss the business financials. The ideal candidate will enjoy running the day to day activities of a team to ensure the finance function is organised and efficient and produces accurate financial and management accounts. It’s likely that you have experience of running a team in a similar sized organisation to produce monthly and annual results through a consistent reporting pack and partnering the business operations to ensure a robust budget and forecast and to support their financial and analytical requirements.   Candidate Responsibilities: Day to day you will be accountable for managing the finance department and compliance matters as well as compiling business results; forecasts and cash flow reports. Team Management and management of Operational Finance: Manage, motivate and develop the finance team Manage balance sheet and cash flow forecasting Compliance of corporation tax, payroll taxes, preparation and VAT returns Budget pack preparation and submission Create accurate sales ledger, including liaison with Operations to obtain information and attention to the pan-European sales invoices Accrual and prepayment management Business Partnering: Partner with Senior Managers / Account Managers to communicate and discuss performance and forecasts Review and approval of bonus and commission plans in agreement with the Operations Director Review and approval of all commercial proposal before submission to Customers Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting: Review of monthly revenue, unbilled debtor calculation, deferred income Forecast submission and variance analysis Management of a complete set of reconciled balance sheet accounts Timely submission of key deliverables to management Review and approval of all purchases Cost analysis of project results and investment decisions Statutory Accounting: Production of annual statutory accounts and year end schedules Liaison with external auditors to manage the audit process VAT returns   Candidate Specification: Fully qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA for international accounting rules e.g. US GAAP or equivalent local certifications. Financial Controller, Finance Manager or Business Partner background Experience of financial analytical tools i.e. Oracle PBCS Experience from international account environment would be an advantage Good leadership capacity with the ability to coach, motivate and lead others. As a Senior Delivery Manager with the MSXI Global group, you will have the opportunity to support implementation of our ambitious productization strategy that has been developed in conjunction with a leading strategic consultancy and which will see us innovate industry leading digital platforms to enhance our core BPO business. The role will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, licensing, tracking, coordination, monitoring, and successful deployment of advanced software products. Presently we have a product portfolio of six products managed by the Colchester Office with plans to augment this in 2020 including a Liferay based content management system. Other new product initiatives will follow. Candidate Specification: The Senior Delivery Manager will have the ability / potential to apply best practice and leadership skills to successfully implement our commercial software products on behalf of blue chip OEMs in the automotive industry. You will have the confidence to lead, motivate and manage cross-functional teams required for the deployment of software products including Development, QA, Application Support, Project Management and Dev Ops.
