It books and communicates repair dates via our online booking portal, to thousands of customers within 24 hours. Customers can then fully manage their booking requirements online and can change the repair date and repair location online within minutes. The system connects with a DWV technician’s diary, allocating claims and appointments throughout our network. This is one of many areas where the improvement of our internal systems has impacted significantly on the efficiency of DWV’s service to the end-user.

 

Call Centre
